I opened submissions on my website asking artists to send in their music along with a video telling me their story. Instead of judging everything myself, I had 6 Ivy interns listen to every submission and score each artist from 1 to 10 to create a fairer selection process. I listened to the submissions with the best scores and pick the winner!
