Steps to Set Up Your Spotify Profile and Pitch Your Music Early⭐️
1️⃣Upload your music: Submit your release to your distributor (Best Practice? Do it 4 weeks before your official release date).
2️⃣Get your Artist URI or Link: Wait a few days for your distributor to deliver and process the release to Spotify. Once it’s delivered, ask them for your Spotify artist URL or URI.
3️⃣Go to Spotify for Artists: Go to “Get Started” at the bottom of the page.
4️⃣Submit your claim: Paste your unreleased artist link or URI into the search bar, select your artist profile, and complete the verification steps.
5️⃣Set up your profile: Customize your profile with your pictures, bio, and more.
6️⃣Pitch your music: Once approved, customize your profile and pitch your unreleased single to Spotify’s editorial team at least 7 days before release day.
